This summer, the Reliv Revolution officially rolls out at the 2011 International Conference. It
represents a declaration of independence from unhealthy living and unprecedented enthusiasmfor a business that changes lives. In 1988, a nutrition revolution quietly began
when Reliv opened its doors to help others lead healthier lives. Ever since, we have continued
to develop revolutionary products to address a host of health issues — such as our breakthrough
healthy energy shot 24K™ launched earlier this year. Each of these products includes
balanced nutrients that work synergistically for maximum effectiveness. Year after year, Reliv
has been committed to making optimum nutrition simple.
Yet in the past 20-plus years, our world has become more stressful; and processed, nutrient-
stripped foods make up an even larger part of many people’s diets. More than ever, our friends and families need optimal nutrition.
Reliv has the solution.
Don’t settle for not feeling well or just feeling “fine.” Reliv wants everyone to feel “great!” It’stime to rev up the Reliv Revolution to help more people enjoy optimal health — for years
to come.To your health,
Dr. Carl W. Hastings

Live Longer, Live Healthier
Help Spread a
Nutrition Revolution
Most people aspire to live a long life. But because of chronic diseases, many
older people face pain and disability that make their golden years difficult.Healthier living now can boost both your length and quality of life.
Through good nutritional support and smarter lifestyle choices you can
slow the decline of your body’s functioning and maintain your vigor. Even if
you’re a late bloomer, it’s never too late to strive for your top physical condition
and performance.
It starts with what you put in your body over the long haul. Researchers in
the Harvard University Nurses Health Study found eating the right foods
may add years to your life. The study showed that women who ate the
most fruits, vegetables, beans and whole grains lived 17 percent longer than
those who ate the smallest amount. Specifically, these healthy eaters were 28
percent less likely to die of heart disease or stroke.
Supplying your body with the right nutrients also keeps your cells young.
A study published in the
American Journal of Clinical Nutrition shows daily
multivitamin users had cells with a younger biological age versus non-users
of multivitamins. The study found the antioxidants vitamins C and Eseemed to be especially beneficial nutrients in keeping cells “young.”
Exercise is an important part of living longer and healthier too. And it’s
never too late to reap the benefits. In a study, men who maintained or improved
their physical fitness were less likely to die from all causes than men
who remained unfit through their lives. Another study shows people who
get a good daily workout can add nearly four years to their life spans.
